Excellent doctor! I am so happy with the outcome of my lens replacement surgeries. Dr Hart explained the various options and together we chose the one that was the most suitable for me. Also, his office staff is great and ensured that I had the necessary information and the additional completed documentation that my insurance company required

Dr. Hart is amazing! He is one of the best ophthalmologist I have used. When I called with an eye emergency, he saw me quickly and took care of the problem. Afterwards, he spent at least 15 or 20 minutes advising me on how to care for my eye. Without a doubt, Dr. Hart is very knowledgeable and compassionate!
