Dr. Hart and staff are outstanding. I wore glasses for 62 years and far vision is now 20/20! He and his practice are not fancy just professional and caring at a reasonable price. For example, front office told me my insurance paid more than expected and could she credit overpayment to my card on file. When was the last time your doctor gave you a refund? Dr. Hart should be your go to ophthalmologist without question.
